To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this reference at the request of Lara Pabandero de Lasan, she has asked me to write a general
letter which she may show to prospective employers who ask her for references. I have known Lara for one
academic term in my capacity as a clinical instructor at Humber College. Lara took clinical placement at
William Osler Health Systems on the respirology unit from me and earned a satisfactory grade. Based on Laras
assertiveness to seek out learning opportunities, attendance, and class participation, Id rate her clinical
performance as exceptional.
Lara has a number of strengths to offer an employer. She is always interested in helping others. For example,
she helps when other colleagues ask for help and also offers help when she has downtime or when another
colleague appear to require assistance. Lara is also a very fast learner, as she is observant and pays attention
to detail. In addition, she communicates in a genuine caring capacity with patients and their families through
verbal and non-verbal means.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Lara. If her performance in my clinical is any indication of how shed
perform in the available position, Lara will be an extremely positive addition to your organization. If you need
