Open the carton and take out the unpacking instructions and the GP-1070 (or
GP-1080, GS-1010, GS-1020).

Remove the cap of the GP-1070 (or GP-1080, GS-1010, GS-1020).

Shut down the e-STUDIO in advance.

Turn the power ON while pressing 0 and 8 simultaneously.

Connect the GP-1070 (or GP-1080, GS-1010, GS-1020) to the USB port.

Do not disconnect the GP-1070 (or

GP-1080, GS-1010, GS-1020) while
the message Do not remove the ELK
jig. is being displayed on the screen.

Key in 3840 and press the "START" button on the control panel.

GP-1070
" Data overwrite enabler " appears under the
LICENSE NAME.

Select the " Data overwrite enabler ".

The installation of the Data overwrite enabler

starts.
When the installation of the Data overwrite enabler
is completed, the message Registration

IPSec enabler appears under the LICENSE
NAME.

Select the " IP Sec enabler".

Press the "INSTALL" Key.

The installation of the IPSec enabler starts.

When the installation of the IPSec enabler is
completed, the message Registration

NAME.

Select the " Meta scan enabler".

LICENSE NAME.

Select the " External interface enabler".

Press the "INSTALL" Key.

The installation of the External interface enabler

starts.
When the installation of the External interface
enabler is completed, the message
Registration succeeded appears.
Procedures should be the same for all of the GP-1070, GP-1060, GS-1010
and GS-1020.
Press RETURN to return to the initial screen.

Shut down the e-STUDIO by pressing the

ON/OFF button on the control panel until a sound
is heard.

CONFIRMATION OF THE INSTALLATION COMPLETION 1

Sub Menu

Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel while pressing 0 and 8
simultaneously.

Key in 3841 and press the "START" button on the control panel.

Confirm that Data overwrite enabler (or IPSec

enabler, Meta scan enabler, External interface
enabler) is displayed under the LICENSE NAME.
