Sub: Requisition for approval regarding family visit and
stay in College premises..
Respected Sir,
This is to attract your kind attention to the fact that I am a Doctoral
Research Scholar and shall be leaving for my Visiting Scholar Program on August 30,
2012. In lieu of the same, my family will be visiting and staying in IBS, Hyderabad
campus from August 27, 2012 till August 30, 2012.
My family consists of my Father, Mother and two Sisters and their train will be
arriving at 11:00pm in Secunderabad station. I shall be personally escorting them to
the College premises and shall only be able to reach the same by 00:30 am. They
will be leaving the campus on the morning of August 31, 2012.
I shall be highly obliged if you will kindly approve of their entry during the nighttime and further their stay in my College quarters (C-302) during the
aforementioned period.
