Is the area of criminal law applicable to persons not old enough to be held
responsible for criminal acts . In most states the age for criminal culpability is
set at 18 years .
Let say that a 10 year old girl killed her parent because they didn't let her
have a sleep over too her friends house

Nathan ybanez killed his mother because she was sexual abuseing him when he
want too spent the night at any of his friend's house he called her and ask her
permission and she said no he has to come home but he didn't want too she said
if he doesn't come home then he doesn't like her .

Nate Crime
Nate had beaten his mother over the head with a pair of fireplace tongs and
was attempting to strangle her .Stoned and shocked by the gore Erik says he
doesn't clearly know what happen next but he thinks he collapsed onto the
bloody carpet after Nate handed him the tongs Julie died from suffocation
after Nate choked her with the tongs.Then the boys called Brett Baker to help
clean up and help dispose of the evidence in dumpster also threw away some
of Julie's things too make it seem like she and Nate had skipped town

Sentencing
He got life in prison without without parole.
Erik went on trial in August 1999. After plea negotiations for second -degree
murder fell through in the wake of the Columbine school shootings Eriks
attorney argued that his client was too high too be cognizant of what was
going on that night .
The jury rejected Eriks marijuana defense and convicted him of first -degree
murder which in colorado carrie a mandatory sentence of life without parole at
the time .

My option
My option for my defence is that he should not be life in prison because it was his
mother that cause his too be like that she was sextual abusing him and he couldn't
do anything because she was cursing him to kill her she didn't let her do anything
by himself she will be following him every where he goes . she doesn't leave him
alone she is always their . That why he went to drugs because it was her fault .

Where is Nathan today

Nathan is still in prison because he got life in prison because he got first degree
murder for killing his mother in drugs act but he got his GED certificate in prison
he said that he will never do something like that and he won't put his friend
something like that if i still have friends
