1. What do you see as your current strengths as an Outdoor Recreation Leadership and
Management (OLRM) major?
-I see my strengths as an outdoor rec major as being a good leader and a friendly
cooperative person.
2. What do you see as your current challenges (weakness) as an OLRM major?
-I see my current weaknesses as an outdoor rec major as being unexperienced because I
have currently completed zero outdoor rec classes since I just transferred here this
semester.
3. What will you do in the future to improve OLRM skills?
-To improve my ORLM skills in the future I will complete as many outdoor rec classes
while I am attending northern and after I graduate I will improve my skills by taking any
and every opportunity that come my way that could possibly improve my skills.
4. In what OLRM areas would you most like to improve?
-I would like to improve all of my ORLM skills because, for one I am very
inexperienced, and for two, no matter how good your skills are they can always be
improved.

RE 291 A. List at least three (3) different types of employment available to a graduate with a
degree in Outdoor Recreation Leadership and Management.
-Someone with a degree in outdoor recreation has many possibilities for employment
after graduation. One possibility is being a tour guide. Another is being a park ranger, and
lastly you can be apart of a trail crew or any other type of seasonal work.
