that living with a healthy lifestyle can really change your day-by-day-well-being and how well
you will age. A person can have a longer life than the others with his or her same gender and
same age, depending on his or her lifestyle. For instance, the people addicted to drugs, alcohol,
and cigarette tend to carry a lot of lungs diseases, and thus, shorten their lives themselves.
a new activity like walking, biking, hiking, or swimming and exercise more so that I can release
stress and maintain my weigh.
c. Create a timing schedule: I always procrastinate. I save all the works until the deadline
to do them then therefore it takes more time to do something than usual. I need to start planning
what to do and when to do it so at the end I can get or the works done and have enough time to
sleep and take care of my body, eating habit, and health as whole.
5. Overall Conclusion
WHO defines Health as the state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and
not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Everyone should really pay attention to their own
health because it is something priceless and way more important than anything else. Health is not
just the well-being of the physical state but there are more too it. This assignment makes me
rethink of my lifestyle and what I need to do to improve and maintain to be in the best condition
possible so that I can live as healthy and happy for a long life. Everyday works can really be
tiresome and overwhelming, but sometimes you need to take a break and think what really is the
best for your health. Remember that things you do every single day might later affect your over
wellness so take a look at what youre not sure about and rethink of how to improve your health
because something you think is good can actually be bad for you.
