Football Top 10 Website
A Website of Football
To create a website about the top ten of the key features to do with football (shooting styles, footballers,
managers, teams etc) with the main target age group from 10 years of age to 26, allowing them to keep up to
date about news on the football as freely as possible.
Project objectives (eg, what is the question you want to answer? What do you want to learn how to do? What
do you want to find out?):
- I want to create a website for the purpose of sharing football history, the best of football and videos with
around 5 to 6 pages worth.
- I want to design an aesthetically pleasing website and video using ICT, media editors and website
development kits
- I want to create videos/media for the website talking about the best of managers, footballers, tricks and teams
and use this to upload onto the website.
- I want to improve my knowledge on football and media creation
- I would like to find out how to use weebly to its fullest.

Section Two: Reasons for choosing this project

Reasons for choosing the project (eg, links to other subjects you are studying, personal interest, future plans,
knowledge/skills you want to improve, why the topic is important):
A number of reasons arise when I chose this particular project, it includes mainly my own interests as well as
the Sports BTEC choice that I am studying, and with the project that I am doing, I think that this will help me
improve in all areas, Sports knowledge and personal skills.
I would like to improve my personal footballs skills in general, like tricks, tactics, techniques, improve media
creation, like video taking and video editing, I would like to increase my own knowledge for football for my
own use as well as the Sports.

Activities to be carried out during the project (eg, research, development and
analysis of ideas, writing, data collection, numerical analysis, rehearsal techniques,
production meetings, production of final outcome, administration, evaluation,
preparing for the presentation, etc):
Research major events of football within the last 14 years
Research Top 5 teams of each season of the Barclays Premier League from 2000
Startup Website & Design. Write up basic introductions to each event
Begin creating videos that incorporate Premier League Gameplay, voice overs and
personal game play
Incorporate write ups into the Website, polish paragraphing and wording
Making of the final product, put videos, write ups, lists into website
