Disruptive in class
Restless/fidgety when sitting
Defiant with staff
Physically and verbally aggressive
Threw big chunk of ice/snow at door. Was talked to by teacher and CYW;
understood the consequences of her actions.
Played/engaged well w/peers while outside; there was, however, a minor
altercation with a peer over a toy. Peer went to tell on S and S began to cry. Peer
also said that S ruined peers castle. CYW placement student intervened and
both were able to continue playing together without any further issues.
S began crying/pouting when she was told to stop what she was doing and line
up against the wall to go inside, as she wanted to finish making her castle.
Although refused to come in after being asked 2-3 times, she eventually did with
no issues after teacher had a talk w/her.
Was standing on chair in the classroom. Was asked to come down and she did.
While on carpet, S did not want any of her peers sitting next to her (told two of
her peers not to sit beside her in a negative tone)
Had some more trouble on carpet. S was not sitting down properly and then
accidentally sat on a peers foot/leg. Peer got physically hurt and got upset with
S. S began to argue with peer and told peer to move in a rude manner. S began
yelling at peer. Minutes later, S was asked to sit properly (on her bottom), but
refused. Teacher tried to get her to listen, but situation escalated. S was lying on
the carpet and began crying, kicking and screaming at CYW. S then tried running
out of the classroom while pushing chairs, and also hid under tables/desks. This
lasted for about 5 minutes. S was held/calmed by CYW. S was eventually able to
calm down and participate with the class again. S worked quietly and
independently for the remainder of the period.
Seems to enjoy helping around the classroom
Sat well at the carpet during last period
While standing in line at the door to go home, S wrapped ribbon around a peers
neck. Peer hit S and then S began to pout.
Interacted well w/peers during silent reading; read quietly and independently
S having a good day. Was praised by teacher. S seemed happy/proud that she
was having a good day and stated that her Dad will be proud.
Responded to direction well today
Peer K was arguing with and instigating S on carpet regarding personal space,
but S did not engage in this argument.
Cried/pouted when peer went to tell on S for doing something (not sure what)
Touched CYW placement students chest twice and was wrapping her arms
around my legs while on the floor. Eventually stopped after being asked to twice.
@ 12:40pm Minor incident at computer with peer for an unknown reason. S hit
peer with a teddy bear. When spoken to about it, S said it didnt hurt the peer, as
she didnt hit peer with her hands. Teacher got S to apologize to peer, which she
did; however, S appeared to lack sincerity when saying this.
@ 12:50pm Sat on chair instead of sitting on carpet. Was asked to sit on
carpet, but stated she was in a time-out, which she was not true. Was asked to
move two more times. CYW took chair away and S kept pulling it from her. After
a few minutes, S was able to stop and sit properly on the carpet.
@ 11:55am S was restless at the carpet. Was touching others, touching the
white board, laying/rolling around on the carpet. Teacher pointed this out to S and
suggested S to move to her assigned spot if behaviour continued. S began
crying/pouting, but this didnt last long.
@ 12:15pm Was pouting/crying because she wanted to use the computer, but
couldnt, as it was already being used. Was able to find something else to do.
@ 10:40am Was arguing with peer T over who would put toy away. Peer T
stood in the way of S so that she couldnt put the toy away. S then aggressively
pushed T out of the way.
@ 10:47am Was asked a couple times to sit properly at the carpet and to not
shout out answers during the lesson.
Was able to express herself well today with peers instead of getting aggressive
