immediate needs as first priority.

The funds provided will be inclusive of all costs incurred by the Nations and will
serve to ensure the establishment of a debt free public infrastructure that
supports a Sovereign Nation and peoples.
The Gift offer to the Nations is not a loan and does not require repayment.
All and any debts of the Nations of will be zeroed through a debt jubilee or
through the repayment of legitimate debts incurred to date by the signatory
country.
