A desire for

Group Learning
Leadership theories can look very similar but
can become widely different in practice.

Transformational leadership requires the individual to

be a strong role model, and people really have to like this
leader for who they are. That means if you want to be a
transformational leader, you have to work on yourself,
and actually be a really good person.

Being authentic is key to transformational

leadership and thus gaining support from
others.
Transformational leaders can capitalize on a desire
for change through inspirational motivation, such as
Nenshis campaign for a Better Calgary.
