of Alabama, YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO APPEAR at the
office of the State Auditor, located at the office
of the State Auditor, 600 Dexter Avenue, S-101,
Montgomery, Alabama 36130, at 10:00 a.m., Central
Daylight Time, Monday, May 2, 2016, at which time
you will be placed under oath by the State Auditor
and be compelled to provide information under oath

of all cell phones used by Governor Bentley to

Mason
during
fiscal years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016
to date, and the payment records for each phone
during this period.
You are further ordered to
produce any and all text messages on each cell
phone paid for with state funds.
11. YOU ARE FURTHER ORDERED TO PRODUCE COPIES
OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
All documents relating
in any way to the Governor's trip to the Republican
Governors' Conference, including but not limited to
the 2015 conference in Las Vegas, and including but
n ot limited to documents relating to payments and
reimbursements for expenses relating to the same.
