PHYTO-REMEDIATION: is the direct use of green plants and their associated micro-organisms to
stabilize or reduce contamination in soils, sludges, sediments, surface water, or ground water.

This is For: First Nations, Governments, Realtors, Property Investors, Residential Home Owners,
everyone who want and need to take responsibility for the health of our Mother Earth, self, family,
community and the animals and creatures who inhabit it.

RATIONAL:

Previous policies have plundered the earths resources polluting and poisoning the waters, lands and
thus foods and waters for humans, animals, birds, fish and insects.

Corporations are out of control and money dominates and pollutes decision making for healthy living.

Heavy metals and toxins remain in the land from industrial farming, resource development, and
product development such as: cotton clothing, wood, oil/gas industries.
As with the Chernobyl incident, scientists are finding radioactive emissions and toxic metals-including
iodine, cesium 137, strontium-90, and plutonium concentrated in the soil, plants and animals of Japan,
but also now throughout the United States and all along the West Coast from Canada to Mexico,

Producing super foods and medicines in clean soils, by growing Hemp first year, creates a healthy
sustainable environment for children, animals, insects, bees, water, all life forms, for many years to
come in soil and clean air as well as creating a super food and medicine in seed production.

First Nations lands have become toxic due to toxic resource extractive industries polluting their lands
and waters and hunting grounds.

Residential properties still using pesticides for lawns may want and need to grow gardens and are

for the crop after it removes toxins from the soil

NEEDS:

We need governments to relax Hemp laws and support, with incentives, the growth of new businesses
in HEMP PRODUCERS. Currently seeds and Hemp growth is controlled by Health Canada.
Governments responsible for creating jobs, economy and ecological sustainability, could give grants for
processing facilities which could create:
HEMP New Business Growth Economy ecologically good for the earth and her creatures.

The aim is to relax laws and create a demand for hemp products to clean the earth of pollutants with
hemp products that break down responsibly, creating a healthy earth, with stronger cleaner products
that saves all our natural resources and earth from poisonous destructive industries, while creating a
cleaner , stronger, new economy in bio-diesels, plastics, hempcrete, wood, and paper products with
hemp fibre, and cotton with hemp fabrics. All currently unsustainable, dirty, resource depleting,
industries, harmful to water and land, the health of mother earths creatures. Cleaning the land and air
and water with root and leaf breakdown, while earning money from the seed and stalk growth.,
creating more usable land and creating products that breakdown the way mother intended.

We can also supply our services to co-ordinate and educate on cleanup and new industry for First
Nations, realtors, government lands, property investors, and connect suppliers to producers to
coordinate and create opportunities for resource replacement hemp products.

Real Estate Companies will have cleaner lands to offer people and animals opening up more land and
a cleaner template to live, while providing. more land available for sustainable usage.

first year, creating a healthy environment for all life cleaning soil, air and water.

A hemp field produces a very large bulk of plant material in a short period of time. (Stalks can reach 15
feet tall in 70-90 growing days. Hemp is THE NUMBER ONE biomass producer on planet earth: 10 tons
per acre in approximately four months. It is a woody plant containing 77% cellulose. Wood produces
60% cellulose, takes longer to grow and are irreplaceable when they go.

STRONGER AND CLEANER PRODUCTS

Wood in paper products: One acre of hemp grown a single season yields as much paper as up to 4
acres of tress, which take a life time to grow, hemp paper is stronger, acid free, has a longer shelf life
and costs half as much to process as tree paper. Hemp paper can be recycled 10 times while tree paper ,
only twice without losing integrity and requiring additional virgin fibre content.. Existing Paper
making machines cannot tell the difference between hemp pulp or wood pulp, once plant cellulose is
turned into pulp making it a seamless cross over. Since hemp was effectively banned in the USA since
1937, 70% of the USAs forests have been illuminated. It takes years for trees to grow., reducing
deforestation, Hemp can be grown and harvested within six months. It is estimated that one acre of
hemp produces more oxygen from CO2 and methane than 25 acres of forest. Grow Hemp in urban cities
and avoid the bogus carbon tax legislation. Pulping trees for paper creates more waste, pollution,
consumes more energy, consumes more water and is the 5th largest consumer of energy and emits a
good deal of toxicity in the process.

Clothing, Fabrics, Fibres: Hemp is anti-microbial, anti mildew, naturally UV resistant and readily take
on eco-safe-plant-dies, un-dyed hemp fabric will not rot and wont fade in sunlight, an efficient
insulator keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer hemp doesnt wear out, it wears in, 1 acre
of hemp will produce as much as 2-3 acres of cotton, without the 50% pesticides currently covering
1% of US farmland for cotton, illuminating the heavily pesticide and herbicide sprayed or GMO cotton.
Making a fabric that is 4 times warmer, 4 times more water absorbent, 3 times the tensile strength then
cotton, more durable and is also flame retardant, breathes well and wicks moisture away.
Environmentally, hemp is a safer crop to grow then soil-damaging cotton.

Bio-Diesel: Exaust emmisions are 47% lower then carbon monoxide emissions from diesel and any
CO2 released from burning hemp as fuel, matches the CO2 the planet had beneficially taken from the
environment while growing, creating what is called a closed carbon cycle that could slow down the
effects of global warming, pure bio-diesel degrades 85 to 88 percent in water in a period of 28 days.

Building Materials Plastics, which continue to be toxic in their production as well as their break down,
depleting valuable life forces at the same time poisoning the water. The core of the hemp stalk is used to
produce fiberboard, insulation, carpet, fiberglass substitute, hempcement blocks, hempcrete is mold
free and makes wind flexible, stucco and mortar. to replace concrete, a primary producer of carbon
dioxide, a common greenhouse gas and concrete dust released by building demolition and natural
disasters can be a major source of dangerous air pollution. Hemp oil extracted from hemp seeds is
used in the production of plastics, oil paints, varnishes, inks, solvents, lubricants, putty and coatings. All

kinds of plastics are produced with hemp, from clear wraps for foods to automobile parts, they are
durable and heat resistant, bio-degradable, non-toxic and no more BPA. Henry Ford built the first
vegetable car with hemp and flax in 1941. It was stronger and lighter than steel cars.

CURRENT DETERRENTS: Health Canada hold the powers and controls to stop healthy

intentioned people, healthy land access to unlimited seeds. Health Canada controls the productions,
processing, possession, sale, transportation, delivery and offering for sale of industrial hemp. All hemp
must contain less then 0.3 THC in the leaves and flowering parts, that must be tested, and the
proliferation of seeds are controlled by Health Canada. As well the GPS co-ordinates of the Hemp Grow
must be recorded and registered. Mends cooperative members can be a lobby group to change these
laws. At this time, the Industrial Hemp Regulatory Act is currently under review. Several significant
changes have been suggested at the national industry consultations conducted in 2013. A new act is
expected to be approved this year, 2016.
