Oracle HRMS automates the entire Hire to retire process. Say for example we can
recruit a candidate, hire an employee, maintain employee informations and
terminate an employee using this.
It serves as a hub for all our people related activities
It helps maintain Global HR data in a single repository for better availability and
accuracy.
