The Anglican and Roman Catholic Churches are the most established

Cultural history-white-sand beaches on the coast
Shares Lake Victoria, the largest lake in Africa and the main source of
the Nile River, with Tanzania and Uganda

History

General- took control of the area in the early 1500s


40 ethnic groups reside in Kenya
Stirrings began in the 1940s, and in 1952 the Mau movement

thought and fourth biggest in sub-Saharan Africa.
In 2012-confirm that are forming an alliance for the 2013 election.
2007-Disputed presidential elections lead to violence in which more
than 1,500 die
Last 6 months-urges action to improve gay rights, as he makes his
first visit to his father's homeland as US president.
