GinA respectfully files this Notice of GinAs Intent to Correct Typographical,
Factual and Statistical Errors after discovering certain unintended typographical,
mistyped factual or statistical data which escaped her detection during the final
proofreading phase.
GinA intends to file a very brief enumerated Addendum pertaining only to
and correcting only the typographical, factual or statistical errors which were
proffered as prima facie evidence to support all allegations in GinAs complaint.
GinA needs at least two weeks and requests a two week deadline to file her
enumerated Addendum because she is emotionally, mentally, spiritually and
physically exhausted from performing all her own legal research, strategizing and
brainstorming alone, writing, editing, proofreading and making all final edits in
both amended complaints and all other pleadings for all other related lower state
court cases pertaining to these federal cases, 1:16-cv-00095/00100-NT.
Leigh Saufley et al repeatedly refuse to cease and desist acting in a complete
absence of all jurisdiction in GinAs lower state court cases so GinAs enumerated
Addendum may also include critical pertinent newly discovered evidence which may
be or has already been created by Leigh Saufley et al or their co-conspirators in any
of GinAs lower state court cases.

WHEREFORE, GinA respectfully files this Notice of GinAs Intent to Correct

Typographical, Factual and Statistical Errors by filing a very brief enumerated
Addendum to the Amended and 2nd Amended complaints in both 1:16-cv-00095-NT
and 1:16-cv-00100-NT, respectively, with a request for a deadline of May 5, 2016 for
both companion cases.
