Chemistry and is also relevant for Biology students
as well. Prof Ben Pilgrim is a young, dynamic
professor of Chemistry at Corpus Cristi College,
Cambridge University who is able to inspire young
minds to pursue the study of science through his
flairinexplainingchemistryconcepts.Thefocusfor
histalkwillbetheinterestingchemicalpropertiesof
water and the things you never knew about this
molecule. As he is an academic from Cambridge
University, he will also be able to answer your
questions about what natural sciences courses
Cambridge offers and the Application process to
Cambridge university. Do not hesitate to meet up

This workshop presents some key tools and
techniques used by malware analysts to examine
malicious code. Students will learn one of the key
techniques used in REM Behavioural Analysis.
Behavioural Analysis focuses on the malwares
interactions with its environment, such as the
registry,thenetwork,andthefilesystem.Basedon
these interactions, students will better understand
howmalwareoperatesandwhatthelikelydamages
and impacts are to the victim. Using virtualisation
software students will learn how malicious code
interacts with its environment. Please note that

but in this session, we look at the novel
mathematical treatment (not covered in Yr5
syllabus) of the driven and damped oscillator, and
resonance. Analogs of the harmonic oscillator in
other fields of physics will be highlighted. The
