Opening (warmer activity + teacher introduction/demonstration of small group activities)

I will great the students - then, I will ask them to do some exercise to make them
engage with me and to be active when we start the lesson. In this lesson, I will
focus on the vocabulary. First, I will explain for them each word on the power
point by putting the meaning and picture that related to the word and I will ask
them to repeat it with me.

Guided Experience (group working with the teacher)


Reading activity: read and stick ( whole class Group work )

Materials:
- Work sheet (A3).
- Sentence cards.

Instructions:
-

The activity is about read and stick. Each group will have a
worksheet (A3) which includes different pictures with eight
sentences. I will explain for them what they have to do. The student
in the group will read the sentence then, they will find the picture
that related to the sentence and they will stick it. After finishing, we
will answer it together.

Objective:

1- Students will improve their reading when they will read the sentences t
stick it.
2- Make students collaborate with each other during the activity.
Reading and writing activity
Independent Experience (small group activity 1)
Low level activity: Writing (individual)

Materials:
Card.
Marker.
Meaning cards.
Instructions:
I will give each student card with marker and I will ask them to choose two
words from the meaning cards and write sentences about it.

Objective:
Students will improve writing skills when they will write the sentences.
Students will improve their reading skills by reading the words.

Independent Experience(small group activity 2)


Middle level activity: Reading and writing ( individual)

Materials:
- Pockets.
- Word cards.
Instructions:
- Its about build the sentences. It will be individual. I will give each
student pockets and word cards. They have to order the word cards
in correct way and put it under the pocket. After that, he or she will
read it then; will write it on the paper.

Objective:
This activity will help students to improve their:
1- Reading skills: when they will read the words to make the
sentence.
2- Writing skills: when they will write the sentence.

Independent Experience(small group activity 3)

High level activity: writing (individual)

Materials:
Work sheet for writing.
Instructions:

I will give each student one worksheet with the words paper. Students
have to look at the picture and sentences about it.

Objective:
Students will improve their writing skills by write the sentence

Closing

I will make review for the lesson to make sure the students are understood
the words.
We will count together how many stickers each group get.

Assessment
- I will say the meaning and students have to tell for me the vocabulary.

Reflection WWW/EBI

The lesson I was tough about the new vocabulary words that related to th
story. I show for them some picture cards and I did some activities to learn
the vocabulary quickly. I went well when I observe the students during the
activities because I saw the students write in nice hand writing and they
are quietly when they did the activities. Even better if I ask them to clap
their hand during reading the words because they was lazy.
Next Steps in learning and teaching

In next time I will asked them to clap their hands.
