Snowton, AA, BCA, BA, MA of Cedar Hill ISD Cedar Hill, Texas Sharon K. Snowton is a bilingual -ESL teacher in Cedar Hill ISD. She has worked in this field for the past 25 years and really enjoys working with second language learners. She has four degrees and attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where she earned her Masters Degree in Bilingual Education. Her 4" grade DLE students publish a monthly DLE newspaper called the Highlands Gazette and each year they publish a book.
