Group will understand that the district is now a

research institution. It took Megan 3 years to
pass all of the credentials to be a District
Trainer. Beth has been one for 20 years, and
was trained at Purdue, OSU, and Lesley. It is
quite an honor for a district to be accepted into
the research base that influences US and
international education. It is essential that we
follow these standards and guidelines to ensure
growth.

Each year the team will be responsible for

Beth
putting together a year end report - into a
District level continuous improvement plan.
We need to start doing the part we will do today
BEFORE June Day #6, so we can guide
buildings. We need to team with buildings on
shifting data and own the data and action
plans, so the buildings do too. The team is the

pressure, the District Trainers, Coordinators

and Sally and Mark are the support.
