Students to be briefed prior to
hopping on and off bus about
safety around the bus
Teacher to be standing next to
door of bus to watch for student
behaviour and remind of rules as
they are hopping on and off bus
Students to be briefed on:
compulsory to wear seat belt, be
sitting up straight and head up.
Students to be briefed on
appropriate walking etiquette at
external venues.
Teacher to walk at front of class
group and other supervising adult
to walk at rear of the group.
Teacher to ensure that students
are briefed on boundaries at
venue.
