Nurse Recruiter

Human Resources Service Center

Dear Mr. Doe,
Please accept the attached resume as an application for one of the new graduate
nurse positions for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse position at Queens Medical
Center. I recently graduated from Kapi'olani Community College Nursing Program
earning an Associate in Science in Nursing Degree. Going To Kapi'olani Community
College I received an extraordinary and extensive clinical curriculum. I am confident that
I have the knowledge base and clinical skills to become an vital nurse to your staff.
The clinical rotation on Med-Surge units I experienced was at Straub 5th floor and
Queens Tower 8. By working closely with the staff nurse I was able to gain experience on
how to become a more efficient nurse. It showed me that I am a quick learner and a hard
worker. In addition to my clinical experience I am also worked as a critical care float pool
aide at Kuakini hospital for two years. I also recently got promoted to a cardiac monitor
technician to help further my learning to become an optimal nurse.
I would greatly appreciate the opportunity for an interview for a Medical-Surgical
Registered Nurse Position. I will be looking forward to hearing back form you to
schedule an appointment for an interview. Please feel free to call me at any time for any
questions or concerns that may arise.
Sincerely,
Wilson Fong
