    To Whom It May Concern,

    Kolanj Drenckhahn was a WSU student teacher for 10 weeks of the WSU Spring
    Semester 2016 in a second grade classroom at Lincoln Choice School in Rochester, MN.
    During that time, I had the great pleasure of seeing her grow in the education profession.
    Kaloni is a hard-working educator who understands that teaching requires a lot of hard
    work and dedication. During her time at Lincoln, she did an excellent job of teaching
    lessons by planning, preparing and executing them in a professional manner.
    Kaloni is a resourceful, creative, and solution-orientated person who was frequently able
    to come up with new and innovative approaches to teaching her lessons. She also had a
    good rapport with the students. She functioned well as a team member and was always
    looking for ways to improve with advice from the secofld grade team members and other
    colleagues at Lincoln.
