One site with 3 adjacent land owners up to 154 hectares that have been secured in Negros Occidental
Service Contract received Blocked ~800ha; ECC permit obtained
Preliminary Facility Study Grid received
Grid Impact Study / System Impact Study conducted and preliminary results received 50 MWp
PV Power plant to be connected to the NGCP 69 kV or 138 kV for capacity above ~ 60 MWp
No right of way needed. Direct access to 69 kV transmission line on site (north east plots)
All sites have DAR Certificate of Exemption and/or Notice of Non-Coverage
Non irrigated land, to date used for sugar cane plantation
All sites have proper land titles
Topography, Flood and Soil studies have been conducted and all sites are solar ready
Landlords and local LGUs are very supportive of the project
