TRAIL: (1+) Walk on sidewalks and paths through the town of Sherwood. Visit and
spend time at the Robin Hood Festival where there will be music, booths and plenty of
food. Suitable for strollers or wheelchairs.

AWARD: Credit only is $3.00. Free participants are welcome but all must register,
carry, and return a start card. One free AVA membership for a lucky walker!

PRE-REGISTRATION: None.

MISCELLANEOUS: Water and restrooms are start/finish and along the route. PETS
ARE WELCOME, owners responsible for leash and clean up laws.

CHALLENGES: Authors and Literary Landmarks, Firehouses, Historic Churches,

Hooray for Hollywood, Museums, Native American Culture, Railroad heritage,
Riverwalk America, Veteran Memorials.

DIRECTIONS: Rose’s Deli, 16015 SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd., 503-925-1060. From

Portland I-5 southbound or from Salem, I-5 northbound, take Tualatin exit 289.
Southbound turns right and northbound turns left at exit. Veer left at the “Y” onto
Tualatin-Sherwood Rd. Travel about 5.3 miles. Rose’s is located in the strip mall where
Bank of America and KFC are located and the Regal Show. Turn into the parking lot and
take a left. Rose’s is on the far end of the parking lot. NOTE: for those coming from the
west on 99W, turn right at Sherwood-Tualatin Rd. and turn left into the strip mall at the
next light.
