Objectives: TSW Define art terms that were given the previous day. TSW create a composition.

Activity: (5mins) TTW Review and Discuss Bell ringer. TTW ask students to verbally define the words.
Activity: (10mins) TTW will discuss the Project and show examples of the project. TSW finish their sketches of their start their projects.
Activity: (30mins) TSW begin their compositions.
W4EF: TSW work on a Secondary Project for extra credit.
Closer: (5mins). TTW ask students what art elements are being used in this project.

Objectives: TSW Critique their own project ad well as their classmates. TSW write a one paragraph reflection of their work.
Activity: (5mins) TSW add the finishing touches to their work.
Activity: (5mins) TTW review critique procedures to the class.
Activity: (5mins) TSW split into groups
Activity: (15mins) TSW will critique each others projects
Activity: (10mins) TSW write a reflection of their work in their sketchbooks.
Assessment: TTW give participation points for participating on their critiques and written reflections
