When I arrived, the reporting party said the female ‘was on a bus located in the back parking lot of the property. The female was not allowed to be on the bus, and was cited for tamper with a motor vehicle. DETAILS: 1. On 1/12/15 at 1348 hours, I responded to 7801 Audubon Rad. in the city of Chanhassen (also known as Paisley Park), on a report of a female who was possibly trespassing. Dispatch advised the female was in a bus located in the rear parking lot of the property. 2, Larrived at the property and was let in through an automatic gate by reporting party [yy Tentered the parking lot and spoke with (I) QED said a female was on the bus, ‘which was parked in the rear parking lot on the property, and the female was not allowed to be on the property or the bus. I walked to the bus, a silver Prevost bus with Oregon license (QM, and entered through the front passenger door. 3. As I walked up the steps, I was met by Anita Rac (EN) who immediately said she was leaving. Rae began grabbing multiple items from the bus that she said were hers and I asked what she was doing on the bus. Rae said she attempted to speak with someone inside the main building on the property on approximately 12/6/14 to ask for a place to stay. Rae said she did not enter the property but informed someone she would be staying on the property. Rae said she walked to the bus and entered through the main, front passenger door, which was unlocked. 4. [told Rae to gather her things and exit the bus, and I would speak with her shortly. I spoke again with and asked him about the situation. said he has seen Rae on the property before and has told her to eave. = said he does not know how long Rae was on the bus for, but said he noticed a light on earlier in the day when he was on the property grounds. said he believed the front passenger door ‘was unlocked, as it is on a fenced-in property, and he believed Rae simply walked onto the bus herself. 5. [asked MNNNMNBif he had any form of formal paperwork indicating Rae was not allowed on property and he said he did not. (QE) made a later comment about needing assistance with the letter, and never produced a formal letter to Rae. Power cords were running from the main building on the property to the bus. id while the bus was not in use, it was not plugged in (since the last time he saw it), and believed Rae plugged the bus in to allow herself to use the appliances inside. When asked, said the last time the bus was in use was approximately 1-2 months ago. When later asked, stated he wanted Rae off the property and to make sure she knew not to return, I gathered Rae’s information as she continued to gather her belongings, including a backpack of items, a small rolling suitcase, and a small drum. Rae informed me she had a storage locker at a facility in the area she would go to, 1 issued a citation to Rae for Tamper with a Motor Vehicle (hard copy citation +#100010004708) and she began walking off property, upset with the situation. As she was leaving, I informed Rae she was not allowed on property in the future, and could be cited for trespassing if she returned. T advised IMB to check the bus for anything missing or damaged. {MMMexited the bus with a bag of arbage he believed to be Rae’s, and said he did not believe anything was damaged ot missing. I gave ae business card with ICR number and told him to contact the Sheriff's Office if he found anything ‘damaged or missing, or with any additional questions or concerns. I left the area of the back parking lot. As lef, I noticed “Private Property” signs posted on the entrance gates to the property. I cleared the call at 1435 hours.
