WHAT IS PROBLEM SOLVING?


The process of going through details of a
problem to find a solution. Problem solving may
include mathematical or systematic operations
and can differ of an individuals critical thinking
skills.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PROBLEM


SOLVING?
Give the courage to face any difficult problems, situations or
difficulties.
Teach thinking and creativity.
Encourage some cooperative skills
Teach general problem solving skills

1) Find the problem
Find the aspects that effect the
solution to be completed .

Find the problem that is the most


critical first.

2) Find the facts


Be patient when finding the
facts, dont find a facts quickly.

If you move forward to find a fact


quickly you will risk depends on
incomplete information

3) Define the problem
After you understand and find
the problem, you have to define
it clearly and completely.

listing all the factors that causes


the problem as well as finding
different ways to solve it.

4) Find ideas
In this step, after you have a
problem definition we start
generating ideas for a solution.

Dont evaluate your ideas until


step 5. because it will limit your
creativity.

After you find the ideas, we have
to select the best solution of
many solutions.

6) Plan
In this step you must analyze the
problems and risks that might
face you when you solve a
problem.

We have to decade the


unneeded ideas
This process contains many
experiments and thoughts.

7) Sell the idea
In this step you must convince
other stakeholders that your
solution is the best one.

8) Act
Finally when you have convinced
the stakeholder that your
proposed solution is the best
one, you can move to the
implementation part.

Make sure you considered all

consequences.
The implementation part is the
exciting and rewarded part for
problem solving.

Problems needs steps to be solved
Many solutions will be appear and we have to select the best one
If you want to solve a problem you must have a little bit of experience
and confidant

CONCLUSION
People are facing problems everyday in their daily life. As you know
that in some companies for the network sections are facing many
problems when they have projects and these problems must be solved
in short period of time so they will finish it on time.

Problem solving needs critical thinking skills and needs some other
skills too. Moreover, its the process of going through details to find a
solution.
