I am writing in response to your posted opening of Registered Practical Nurse in Trillium Health
Partners Mississauga in Obstetrics unit. I am a new graduate from Humber Institute of Technology
and Advanced Learning. I have completed a large component of my clinical nursing placements at
Brampton Civic Hospital. I am excited about the opportunity to work as a part of the prestigious
organization. I have previous 9 years of experience of working in emergency, surgical and obstetrics
unit back home. Experienced in quality care of mother and infant during postpartum stay. Excellent
teaching skills for breast feeding and newborn assessments.
My strong initiative and exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work under stress and
pressure will be beneficial to the facility. I have demonstrated professionalism and was able to
communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, clients and families. I believe and I
am confident that I will offer to provide safe, ethical and competent care to clients and accept variety
