Writing Prompt
Which government would you like to live under and why?
2-3 paragraphs
Must cite evidence from graphic organizer, outline and/or text.
Sentence Starters:
I believe __________ because
I believe this because.
Example
The governmental style I would like to live under is
a tyranny. In a tyranny, the leader backed by the poor who
have been hurt by the rich for many years. The tyrant takes
power and reforms the government to serve the people. A
tyranny is also efficient because it is rule by one person, so
decisions can be made quickly. I believe that the
government should serve the poor and a tyrant, put in
place by the poor, is the best and most efficient way for a
city-state to be ruled.
