Network TwentyOne International (http://www.n21corp.com/) was founded in Network TwentyOne
1989 and provides a Professional Development Program (PDP) and Business
Support Materials (BSM) for Amway business owners around the world. It's
owners and leaders are Founders Crown Ambassadors Jim & Nancy Dornan. The
company began with the idea of supporting Amway business owners in building
their independent Amway businesses, irrespective of individual beliefs,
nationality, or language. It's goal was to be a truly international, multicultural Launch: 1989

Network Twentyone's philosophy has always been about building long-term, profitable businesses. This would be achieved through
consistent work and commitment, while maintaining correct priorities in life and demonstrating respect for others, whether interested in the
business or not.

Philanthropy
Through Network of Caring (http://domino-201.worldvision.org/worldvision/appeals.nsf/stable/noc21_body1) , Network TwentyOne and
it's members are the world's largest corporate supporter of World Vision (http://www.worldvision.org) , the world's largest child
sponsorship agency. Network TwentyOne's founders Jim & Nancy Dornan and their son Eric Dornan have also created The Ambassador
Fund and the Fernando Foundation (http://www.fernandofoundation.org) , in honor of Fernando Ruelas. The Fernando Foundation
supports numerous outreach programs in support of the world's children. The foundation is also heavily involved in promoting and
supporting Power Soccer (http://www.powersoccer.net) . All of the foundations administrative expenses are paid by the Dornans.

Network of Caring, an organization founded by Network TwentyOne, is dedicated to mak ing a difference one life at a time. Recently
Network Of Caring showed their appreciation to those who have contributed to their success over the last 10 years with a video that
highlights just a few of the many causes they have assisted in making a reality. With its global outreach, Network of Caring has taken on
many projects including child sponsorship, building schools, help for the disabled, and disaster relief. Network of Caring has made a lasting
impact on all the communities it has served, not only changing lives, but generations.

Disputes & Controversies

In 2003, Leslie Giblin, author of the book Skill with people, sued "Network 21", for unauthorized translation, copying, and selling of his
book in China, Greece, Malaysia, the Philippines, Romania, South Africa and Turkey. However, in a related case against Dexter Yager
Internet Services, it was revealed that Les Giblin's grandson, Brian Zama, had inadvertently published an incorrect date of first publication
for the book on their website skillwithpeople.com, leading a number of parties, including Network TwentyOne and Dexter Yager Internet
Services, to believe the copyright on the book had expired. In a court affidavit he apologised for the misunderstandings this had caused.[1]

out of court.

Rich DeVos Welcomes attendees to Network TwentyOne's North American Conference

Co-Founder of Amway Corporation, Rich Devos, welcomes thousands of attendees from all over North America to the kick off of
Network TwentyOne's annual Free Enterprise convention which was held at the Van Ande l Convention Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan
September 21-23.

In additional to hearing from successful business owners from throughout North America, the attendees were also treated to presentations
by successful leaders from Turkey, the Ukraine and South Africa.
