This article was very interesting because it had a lot of very useful information about
sleep. It explained the four stages we go through during sleep and how scientists and
doctorsareabletomonitorthatthroughtechnologycalledelectroencephalography.Italso
mentions couple of experiments done on sleep deprivation as well as notes on what
happens to the brain during sleep. This article gives more of a scientific viewpoint on
sleep using a variety of technological tools. This source is very useful to use because of
