Re: Mini-Proposal for Proposal Project
Purpose of Work Plan
For the sake of our grade and for our own sanity before this project is due, we have
decided to identify and outline what our project is. There are several different parts we
want to break this project into; therefore, we will assign who will be responsible for each
section. Each portion will be done independently, with collaboration and group editing in
the final stages. We have decided to define what our context of use is, what our
purpose will be, and how we will work the project parts into a single presentation. Our
main purpose is to convince Salt Lake Community College to create an agriculture and
survival fishing course and to identify the different aspects of a Fishing Class.
Project Mission
The purpose of our proposal is to plan out and organize what we will present during
class. This includes arguments for and against the creation of the fishing class. Since
the fishing class will need to be popular enough to have people take it and for the
college to profit, it will be catered towards the student. Another intended audience we
are writing this proposal for is the school board and administration since they make the
ultimate decision. We will be verbally and visually presenting our proposal through
power point.
Project Plan
Each member of our group will be contributing to this project proposal equally by being
assigned different sections of work. Each group member will be working independently
to find any necessary information, then we will be putting it all together during class.
