SUSTAINABILITY PROJECT

SUMMARY

From the end of March and continuing on through now,


I have contributed to the athletic department at Minico
High School. The students at the school have been
great, and have shown that they want to better
themselves and their teams by becoming a better
individual athlete and pushing their limits. Five days a
week after school the weight room is open for those
students to come in. The following slides are the
criteria of my project.

REFLECTION

As I come to the end of documenting my project, I


look at the progress that the students have made.
They have all put forth so much effort into becoming
better athletes and becoming a better team overall.
Growing up I had a passion for sports and athletics,
so this project was very important to me. It is always
encouraging to have somebody take an invested
interest in you and to help you succeed, which is
what my project was all about. Helping these
athletes achieve their own personal goals.
