Dear Parents/Caregivers,

As part of the DECD Health Curriculum all Year 4/5 students will be participating in two Kidz biz Ed
Growth and Development sessions during Weeks 5 or 6 of Term 2. Classroom teachers will be
attending the sessions to support the program.
Attendance of these sessions is strongly encouraged as they cover topics in the Australian
Curriculum.
If you have any concerns, please contact your childs classroom teacher. Each session runs for
approximately 45 minutes and will include information about:

Reproductive System (Basic),

Conception to Birth
Puberty Physical/Emotional (Basic)

The cost for both sessions is $8.00 per student

Full payment and consent is required before the sessions begin. Payments will need to be made to
the Finance Office, no later than Friday 27th May.
