Dear Mr. DuPont:
I am submitting the edits done for the rough draft of the rest of Chapter IIA part. All
edits were done on Microsoft Word 13 and commented to show what was changed
and other suggestions. This new part of the chapter felt better thought-out and
required significantly less changes and fixes to be done. There were some highlights
being used in some of the titles which was not explained, so I would like to know
more about what that signified
