lesson title: Organize the

Strengths
Students like her reinforcement by using the candy.
Her voice is very clear and loud for the kids even the students in the back.
She take students attention.
She start the lesson by engaging the students step by step (first with the dice, second with the reading the numbers in
the cards, third by comparing the numbers with the reason).
Its a good way to use students name list to ensure that all students will have chance to answer and participate.
It is a nice strategy to let students make a circle around the important part of the question.

Suggestions
Dont use candy for all the question because students will try to answer not to understand but to get the candy.
She concentrate in the first group to the left, while she should concentrate on all the groups equally and select
students from different groups.
If the students are motivated to participate teacher should let them to answer and accept their participation.
Dont let students to open the book if you dont finish your explanation, because they will write in the book rather
than see your explanation.
You should have a prsudrual for the participation and solving the books question, for example tell them if they want
to answer or they finish solving the questions in the book they should set quietly and raise their hands.
Teacher should start with the group who finish first then the second group, etc. Because I note that there are some
students who upset as they finish first but they present last group.

Implementing and Managing Learning

You showed very good classroom management. However, try to find a solution of the students
shouting when they raise their hands.
- Good engagement activity.
- When you talk to a student near the board try to direct your talk to all the students not one the one
who solving the question on board.
- Very good that you helped the students to get the right answer on the board.

Monitoring and Assessment of Learning

-

Good group activity and reviewing their answers, try to make the cards bigger so the students can see
the answers.
In the maze activity, you can ask 3 students to solve it one by one, or give each group different mazes
to solve.
Insist that the students must use a ruler to draw the different angels and lines.
Instead of showing the student the lines, you can ask the students to cover their faces and touch the
shapes and guess.

General Comments:
Next time I would like to see you:
- Think about more creative and fun activity that the students will enjoy.
- Relate the lesson of real things in our life.
- Organize the way that you use the white board. Strat from the upper left to down then upper right to
down. Moreover, dont wipe up the answers from the board, keep it to let the students see the

answers.

Monitoring and Assessment of Learning

you support you lesson by giving negative examples of none reflective images.
finding the other have of the reflective image is very simple activity, it is better to change it to
more challenging questions.

General Comments:

find creative activities for the lesson to avoid the dry math lessons.

Students reflection on the feedback (to Be Completed By Student)

I will try to use grade four levels activities to interest them more and support their learning.
