Planning: Develop a plan to create the product
1. Final Design:
Preparation
a) Three different modification in replacing the meat
i. Tapioca Flour
ii. Wheat Flour
iii. Mushroom
b) Ingredients needed
i. Tapioca and Wheat Flour
ii. Mushroom
iii. Water
iv. Salt, brown sugar, pepper
v. Coconut milk
c) Collecting Spices
i. 6 cloves of garlic
ii. 5 candle nuts
iii. 1 ounce of fresh red chili
iv. 2cm of ginger
v. 15 red onions
vi. 3cm of Laos
2. Creating
a) Blend all the ingredients of the spices, until it is soft; then put aside
b) Prepare the modified ingredient
i. Mushroom: stir-fry
ii. Flour: mix the ingredients with water, salt, pepper,
and also the spices that was blended (in making the
flour using wheat flour, when mixing, rinse to get
the texture, then add the spices and salt and pepper
so that it would have the flavor).

c) Start to put the spices and the coconut milk, then stir. In using
electric stove, the heat must not be above 5. (So if we use fire, it
must not be too high).
d) When the coconut milk starts to get less (or the liquid gets less then
turns to oil like, which can be seen easily) and it is almost halfway
there, add the synthetic meat (mushroom, flour, etc).
e) Keep mixing, until the coconut milk and spice mixture is dry and
absorbed, and the coconut milk turns to oil. (Not too dry, but it is
oily, which still can be seen easily.)
f) Serve
3. Finalizing (Materials, Equipments, Skills and Time)
a) We used 16oz of coconut oil, which is about 473 ml.
b) All the spices are as listed above
c) We did not add water
d) Cooked the whole product for less than 2 periods, or about 75 min
