MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) made and entered by and between:

EULOGIO AMANG RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, with
address Nagtahan, Sampaloc Manila Philippines, represented herein MS. MARIA RHODA
D. DINAGA, hereinafter referred to as the Dean of College of Hospitality Management,

and

Sky Aviation Learning Center, Inc (SALCI), with address at 2F Export Wing PAIR-PAGS
Center, Ninoy Aquino International Airport Avenue, Pasay City, Metro Manila, represented
herein by Ms. Janette A. Cordero, and hereinafter referred to as the President of SALCI.

WITNESSETH:

That EULOGIO AMANG RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

acknowledged Sky Aviation Learning Center Inc (SALCI) as the industry partner company
in providing training programs related in airline/aviation industry.
That Sky Aviation Learning Center Inc (SALCI) mutually agree to the following scheme:
the student trainees of EULOGIO AMANG RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND
TECHNOLOGY will be offered the following training courses:

1. Flight Attendant Workshop (FAW)

2. 5DP Internship Program
WHEREAS, EULOGIO AMANG RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND
TECHNOLOGY is interested and willing to run SALCI Training Programs as enumerated
above and make the same available to Hospitality Management that requires students
enrolled therein to undergo Apprenticeship, Internship, and/or On the-job Training
programs (the Training);

EULOGIO AMANG RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY shall

ensure the running of SALCI TRAINING PROGRAMS for the School Year 2015-2016

That after participating in the abovementioned training programs, SALCI will guarantee the
deployment and assignment of the student trainees of EULOGIO AMANG RODRIGUEZ
INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY in various affiliate companies and
international airline companies until they (student trainees) are able to complete the required
total of 600 hours of training with the crediting of hours spent in the above stated programs
EULOGIO AMANG RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY fully
understand the OJT Training Program of the industry partner company and recognizes all
credit hours given including credit hours for company event and/or activity of the
industry partner company and its affiliate companies.
That the selection of the practicum applicant to be sent to company shall be the discretion of
the School Internship/Practicum Coordinator. The final decision for the acceptance of the
recommended practicumer shall depend on the management of the industry partner
company.
That the Internship/Practicum Coordinator shall have a site visit to talk with the SALCI
Training Head/Administrator for any concerns/feedback regarding the training of the studenttrainees. The site visit shall be at least once every semester not unless a meeting is called
upon by the School or by the company.
That the selection of the practicum applicants to be sent to company shall be in accordance
with the specifications of the industry partner company.
That EULOGIO AMANG RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
shall see to it that waiver from school and parents are duly notarized prior to submission
to industry partnercompany.
That Sky Aviation Learning Center Inc may refuse to accept a student or OJT trainee without
duly executed waiver.
That EULOGIO AMANG RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY,
together with students and parents, renounce and waive any claim against Sky Aviation
Learning Center Inc (SALCI) for injury that the students may sustain or loss that they may
suffer, in any form, whether personal or pecuniary arising from the fault or negligence of the
students in the performance of their duties and functions while undergoing that OJT Training
Program.
That it is expressly understood that there will be no labor-management relationship between
Sky Aviation Learning Center Inc and the student trainees of EULOGIO AMANG
RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY.
That the industry partner is not obliged to hire the student-trainees, however, SALCI and/or
its affiliate company has the option to hire especially if the student trainee possess the
required qualifications.

That the student trainees shall abide by Sky Aviation Learning Center Inc and the affiliate
companies rules and regulations and comply with those imposed for the OJT Training
Program; otherwise they shall be excluded from further participation.

That Sky Aviation Learning Center, Inc. and the affiliate companies shall hold EULOGIO
AMANG RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY free harmless from
any all damages which SALCI will suffer as a result of the students acts whether to SALCI
property and personnel, without prejudice to the right of SALCI to hold accountable trainees
proven to have caused either willfully or through gross negligence, damage to Sky Aviation
property and personnel.
That Sky Aviation Learning Center, Inc. and the affiliate companies shall provide safety
facilities, hazard-free environment and utmost protection of EULOGIO AMANG
RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Students Trainees. SALCI
assumes responsibility for any damage and/or injury caused to any of the student trainees
when it is proved to be negligent in the implementation of the safety procedures and
protocols required during the entire training.
Payment Terms : 50% down payment to be paid 5 days prior to start of training and 50%
full payment on the first day of training, payable to SKY AVIATIION LEARNING CENTER
INC.

Duration of MOA :That SALCI shall conduct the training from May ,2015- May ,2016;
That the industry partner company shall issue certificate of completion to student trainees
who successfully finish their training under the OJT Training Program
That EULOGIO AMANG RODRIGUEZ INSTITUE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
student trainees may also choose to participate in the other training programs being offered
by SALCI.
This Agreement shall take effect immediately upon the signing hereof, and shall continue
thereafter, provided however, that any provision of this agreement may be amended by
written consent of both parties
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties thereto, affix their signature this 19 th day of
AUGUST, 2015 at EULOGIO AMANG RODRIGUEZ INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND
TECHNOLOGY, with address at Nagtahan, Sampaloc Manila Philippines.
