Preparation:
The project was planned
according to the current
situation of the community that
the group has visited. There are
several problems that we have
check in the community and we
have focused on the lack of
nutrition of the children. Here
are the steps that we will follow
for the preparation of the
activity. First is to talk and
discuss the scope and rationale
of the project to the barangay
captain of the community. We
will also ask for the clearance
and assistance of the barangay
office to conduct the project. We
make sure that the project is
allowed by the barangay officials
and to have security while
conducting it. Second is to find
sponsors for our project. The
sponsors would greatly help us
in funding or providing what we
need in the project. Third is
listing and securing the possible
materials and resources that we
need. Fourth is planning what
kind of food, quantity for each
child the group will be having
for the feeding program. Fifth is
to provide food stubs for the
participating children of the
feeding program to be given to
their parents. Last is to
calculate the total cost of the
project.
