Solution IP Addressing-Tutorial
1. TTL assigns a life to an IP Datagram and
is decremented by 1 by each router
through which it passes
2. TCP is connected oriented transport
service whereas UDP is connection less
transport service
3. All zeros in host part represents the
Network ID and all ones in host part
represents the Broadcast ID

-Number of hosts per subnet=22-2=2
-Such subnets are used to assign
addresses to serial links

IP Address 192.168.13.1010-1111
Mask 255.255.255.1111-0000 i.e. /28
Given IP Address is Broadcast Address
of Network Address: 192.168.13.160 and
can not be configured on an interface

7. Server and Host-4 have same IP

Address i.e. 172.25.16.201
-Default gateway of Host-3 should be
172.25.16.1
