Diversion for supply of 0.6 mm BMT Deck Sheet for your NTPC, Navinagar Project

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to your above said P.O. the material was procured and cleared raw material
under CHP No 03065309 for quantity 58.12 MT for IVRCL/NTPC, Kudgi Project and respectively the
profile CHP No 01052831 for quantity 58 Mt / 9173.97 M2 has been inspected and cleared from
NTPC.
There was a delay in project at IVRCL/NTPC, Kudgi the material can be diverted to your aforesaid
project. Kindly arrange to give us diversion letter from NTPC-CQA Dept. Enable us to dispatch the
material urgently as required by you.
We also confirm the material which we are diverting from IVRCL/NTPC will be returned back after 3
months from the date of receiving diversion letter. CHP of raw material and profile materials being
attached herewith for your ready references.
Kindly intimate at the earliest.
