Strikes happen when the trade union decides to disagree with the senior
management. Therefore, to put them in place, they strike by stop working and
interrupt production of the organization.
Political party take advantage of this situation and tend to use the trade union for
their own political acts. Most of the times, they would be diverted from the main
objective of their objective strike.
