(U//FOUO) In an effort to deepen the intelligence community's understanding of the SARS
phenomenon and explore the impact of the virus on the PRC and the world, the China/Korea Product Line is sponsoring an interagency forum on SARS to be held on Tuesday, 20 May, 1300-1730, at the R&E; Symposium Center . (U//FOUO) Analysts from throughout the intelligence community will present their findings on an array of topics. Among the presentations will be: An epidemiological assessment of SARS from the Armed Forces Medical Intelligence Center (AFMIC) SIGINT perspectives on SARS from NSA analysts CIA's analysis of SARS' political and economic impact A DIA briefing on SARS and China's military readiness FBIS assessment of SARS coverage in PRC and Taiwan media A State/INR view of SARS and its effect on diplomacy (U//FOUO) This conference is open to anyone with an IC-badge cleared to the TS//SI level.
