papers with marks and analyze the common

New material. The teacher introduces the new
topic:
-Lets move on! Today we will pass to another
topic called: Books in our life. We will speak of
books which are very important for our life
experience.

-Find please the Pronunciation Guide on page 60. Whole class work.
We will learn new sounds: /kw/, /f/, /k/ and /t/. Be
attentive, please! The letters qu are read /kw/, the
letters ph are read /f/, the letters ch - /k/ and /t/. I
will read the words for each combination of
letters and you should repeat in chorus: question,
quarter, queen, alphabet, photograph, school,
each, bench, much, chart, teacher.
The pupils listen very attentively to the teacher
and repeat in chorus the pronunciation of the
words.

Pre-reading. The teacher refers the pupils to the

-Find the Word Bank, you have many words that
you have to look for in your dictionaries and to
write them down.
The pupils start to look for the words and write

spelling- ortografie, litera cu litera; informationinformatie; meaning- sens; entry- articol de

While- reading. The teacher asks the pupils to
read and translate the text in turns:
-At the ex. 2 page 60 we have got a text about
different types of books. Let read and translate it
in turns.
The pupils start to read and translate it.
Post- reading. The teacher asks the pupils to
come one by one to the teachers desk, to choose
a small piece of paper where there is a question
upon the text, to answer it and to stick the sheet
of paper on the poster where the correct answer is
placed:
-I have on the desk 5 sheets of paper where you
will find a question, you may not see the
question, after answering you have to stick it on
the poster where the answer is placed.
The pupils come one by one to choose and to
answer a question.

Set the homework.

refers them to the ex. 7 page 61:
-Find the ex. 7 on the page 61 and during a
minute realize it.
The pupils start to do the ex. 7.
The teacher sets the homework:
-Your homework is: to retell the text and to do the
ex. 6 on the page 61.
The teacher thanks the learners for the lesson:
-Thank you for the lesson. Good Bye!
