I feel very satisfied with my performance during my portfolio presentation. I feel I clearly
demonstrated my accomplishments and learning outcomes through my experience in
the SDA program. I was able to demonstrate what I learned by using examples from my
classes, internships, and personal experience that were related to the learning outcomes.
The feedback I received from my portfolio committee was extremely positive. It showed
and proved how well I delivered my talking points. I was told that my passion for social
justice values, and advocacy for international programs were clear and I really feel I was
able to demonstrate accomplishment of LO# 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10.
I am aware that I still have some areas for growth in LO# 7 and 9. I have already begun
to improve on these areas, closely following my action plan, and I feel very confident to
make good progress soon.
In conclusion, the SDA program has allowed me to build a clear career path and develop
as a professional. This will enable me to greatly contribute to the field of student affairs
in the next few years, and become a successful professional in higher education.
