HighLeahElectronics,Inc.,dbaDiamondTrafficProducts(DTP)warrantsaROADRUNNER3tobefreefromdefectsinregardto
materialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofeight(8)yearsfromtheoriginalinvoicedate.TheobligationofDTPunderthisLimited
WarrantyislimitedtorepairingorreplacingaROADRUNNER3(RR3)Unit,oranypart,whichDTPfindstobedefectiveafterthe
customerhasreturnedaROADRUNNER3UnittoDTP.ThereturnofROADRUNNER3UnitsforwarrantyclaimsmustfollowDTP
ReturnMaterialAuthorization(RMA)procedureswhichareoutlinedathttp://diamondtraffic.com/page/ReturnPolicy.

DiamondTrafficProductsisnotresponsiblefor,andtheaboveDTPLimitedWarrantyregardingaROADRUNNER3Unitdoesnot
cover:

2.1 DamagetoAirswitchpiezoelements(seeROADRUNNER3productinformationforrepairchargesseparatefromthis
Warranty).

2.2 Damagetocommunicationportpinsorplug.

2.3 AnyROADRUNNER3Unitthathasbeenstolen.

2.4 Physicaldamagecausedbyimproperinstallation,accident,exposuretotemperaturesbelow40Forabove160F,
damagebyterrorism,lightening,flood,fire,tornadoes,orotheractsofGodorweatherrelateddamage.

AnyandalldisputesarisingoutoforrelatingtothepurchaseoruseofaROADRUNNER3Unit,includinganywarrantyclaims,will
begovernedbythelawsoftheStateofOregonwithoutregardtoanyconflictsoflawprinciples.Anywarrantyclaims,litigation
oractionsagainstDTParisingoutoforrelatingtoaROADRUNNER3UnitmustbebroughtonlyintheCircuitCourtoftheState
ofOregonforLaneCounty,ortheUSDistrictCourtfortheDistrictofOregon,andbypurchasingoracceptingdeliveryofaROAD
RUNNER 3 Unit, the purchaser of a ROAD RUNNER 3 Unit hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the
aforementionedcourts,andthepurchaserofaROADRUNNER3Unitagreesnottoattempttotransferanysuchlitigation,claim
oractiontothejurisdictionorvenueofanyothercourt.

ThisLimitedWarrantyofDTPregardingaROADRUNNER3UnitistheonlywarrantyofanytypeorkindmadebyDTPinregardto
aROADRUNNER3Unit,andthisLimitedWarrantyisinplaceofandinlieuofallotherwarrantiesofeverytypeandkind,either
expressorimplied,includinganyimpliedwarrantyofmerchantability,orimpliedwarrantyoffitnessforaparticularpurpose.In
noeventshallDTPbeliableforanyincidentalorconsequentialdamages,includingbutnotlimitedto,lostprofits,lossofuseofa
unitorotherwise,whetherornotanyclaim,actionorlitigationisbaseduponatheoryofnegligenceoranyothertortoranyother
typeofbreachofwarrantyorbreachofcontract,oranyotherlegaltheory.

SomestatesdonotallowlimitationsregardingthedurationofanImpliedWarranty,anddonotallowtheexclusionorlimitation
ofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,anditispossibletheabovelimitationsorexclusionsinthisLimitedWarrantymaynot
pertaintoaparticularpurchaser.ThepurchaserofaROADRUNNER3Unitmayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfromstateto
state,providedthatwheneverallowedinanyjurisdictiontheLimitedWarrantyofDTPregardingaROADRUNNER3Unitshallbe
limitedinallparticularstothetermsandprovisionsofthisLimitedWarrantyofDTPregardingaROADRUNNER3Unit.

PurchasersofaROADRUNNER3UnitmustinspecttheUnitdelivered,includingallmaterialsandequipmentuponreceipt,and
mustnotifyDTPatwithinten(10)calendardaysofdeliveryoftheUnitregardinganymaterialdamage,defectsornonconforming
items.Inabsenceofanysuchnotification,alldeliveredmaterialsandequipmentshallbedeemedbyDTPtohavebeenaccepted
bythepurchaserasreceived.PurchasersofaROADRUNNER3UnitwhodonotresideintheStateofOregonmayhaveadditional
rightsregardingwarrantymatterswhichvaryfromstatetostatewithintheUnitedStatesofAmerica.
