IPCs BridgeScanT Condition Assessment is a non

destructive evaluation (NDE)of any bridge or approach way

using our proprietary and patented non destructive testing
equipment (NDT).
IPC can quickly and efficiently inspect roadways approaches,
approach slabs, decks, reinforcement pattern and sizing,
abutment backwalls, seawalls, bulkheads, and embankment
areas.
IPCs equipment is specially configured to see through concrete to detect
voids, water, delamination, debonding and imperfections both on the bridge
deck, abutments and within the concrete.
IPC uses this information to create condition assessment reports that will advise the
asset manager, government or engineering firm of the load rating, when to start repairs
or upgrades.
This helps to extend the life of the asset, keep the public safe and provide quantifiable
data that helps to better manage our nations infrastructure budget.
Bridge inspectors and engineers use this information to enhance their reports and
produce more accurate load ratings.
