Subject: Ministry of labour apathy to corruption
To: secy-labour@nic.in,
Kind attention:-
1.Ministry of Labour and Employment (MLE)
New Delhi
2. Nodal Officer,Ministry of Home Affairs,
North Block,New Delhi
Madam/Sir,
As an honest and law abiding citizen of india who served a Public
Sector Undertaking for two decades without stigma, I am shocked with
apathy to corruption exhibited by Ministry of Labour's two attached
letters dated 18.04.2016 and 3.05.2016
Please note that MLE's statement that it (corruption) is not a labour
problem reflects un-ethical attitude in public life.
Please note that as per the Book of Do's and Dont's applicable to all
Public Sector General Insurance Companies:- "DO NOT- Be arbitrary and
capricious in your decisions. Your decisions should be justifiable and
based on sound reasons."
regards,
Shrigopal Soni
