Using the PACE Academy School Improvement Plan, identify two student growth improvement goals.

Goal#1: All PACE Students will be proficient in Reading.


Goal #2: All PACE Students will be proficient in Writing.

Based on your self-assessment, your administrators input and any school initiative, identify two
professional development goals for yourself that will assist in meeting the goals set for student growth.

Goal #1: Effectively using data sources to increase student achievement.

Goal #2: Learn to incorporate writing across the curriculum to improve writing scores.

Gradual increase of test scores will be evidence of success along with student tracking of data

Using the PACE Academy School Improvement Plan, identify two student growth improvement goals.

Goal#1: Students will be proficient in multiplication with 80% of all fourth graders mastering
basic facts (0-12)

Goal #2: Students will be proficient in reading with an increase in Scantron scores by 10-15%

What will success of these goals look like? How will you know when you have achieved them? What
would count as evidence of success? Completed math facts charts; monthly competition between all 4 th
grade classes; gradual increase of Scantron scores to meet target gains.
