    Here we would like to appraise everyone on 21st Century Fox , Star India and the Murdoch's, deliberate, repeated and continued violations of law of the land and its very serious consequences, for which directions / notice have been issued on 27.05.2016 by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court to the Government of India for dereliction of its duties, to take action against Star India {P] Limited and Discovery Communications, wholly owned subsidiaries of 21st Century Fox and Discovery Communication Inc. respectively, operating in India since very long. This have very serious consequences on the operations of Star India [P] Limited a 100% Subsidiary of 21st Century Fox Inc. and this will eventually result in : Cancellation of the Downlinking and Up-linking permissions of the respondent no. 3 and 5, (Star India [P] Limited and Discovery Communications India ) as they have repeatedly and continuously violated the terms of license /permissions issued by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India Directions to deposit the revenue earned from the advertisements during the last three financial years (FY 2015-16, 2014-15, 2013-14) with the Consumer Welfare Fund of India ( Restitution of unjust enrichment ) This is surely a bad news for the completely ignorant investors at 21st Century Fox, where we find it appropriate, that they should be made aware of this above serious development, as in spite of having brought all these deliberate violations, by Star India CEO in the knowledge of the Murdoch’s and their Chief Compliance officer at 21st CF Mr. Gearson A Zweifach, early last year, through our Attorney in New York USA, Mr.C.
